| 水中总氮检测方法
(中国台湾）
一、方法概要
水中总氮为硝酸盐氮、亚硝酸盐氮、凯氏氮(凯氏氮为氨氮与总有机氮之和)之总和，因此分别由前述三种检测分析结果之总和即为水中总氮含量。
二、适用范围
本方法适用于地下水、地表水、废污水中总氮含量之检测。
三、干扰
同硝酸盐氮、亚硝酸盐氮、凯氏氮各检测方法之干扰规定。
四、设备
同硝酸盐氮、亚硝酸盐氮、凯氏氮各检测方法之设备规定．
五、试剂
同硝酸盐氮、亚硝酸盐氮、凯氏氮各检测方法之试剂规定。
六、采样及保存
同硝酸盐氮、亚硝酸盐氮、凯氏氮各检测方法之采样及保存规定。硝酸盐及亚硝酸盐氮可使用同一容器保存，凯氏氮须分开保存。
七、步骤
（一）
硝酸盐氮分析步骤可依下述任一检测方法执行（注一）。
1. 水中硝酸盐氮检测方法 － 分光光度计法（NIEA W419）。
2. 水中阴离子检测方法 － 离子层析法（NIEA W415）。
3. 水中硝酸盐氮及亚硝酸盐氮之镉还原流动注入分析法 (NIEA W436)。
4. 水中硝酸盐氮及亚硝酸盐氮检测方法 － 镉还原法 (NIEA W452) 。
5. 水中硝酸盐检测方法 － 马钱子碱比色法（NIEA W417）。
（二）
亚硝酸盐氮分析步骤可依下述任一检测方法执行（注一）。
1. 水中亚硝酸盐氮检测方法 － 分光光度计法（NIEA W418）。
2. 水中阴离子检测方法 － 离子层析法（NIEA W415）。
3. 水中硝酸盐氮及亚硝酸盐氮之镉还原流动注入分析法 (NIEA W436)。
4. 水中硝酸盐氮及亚硝酸盐氮检测方法－镉还原法 (NIEA W452) 。
（三）
凯氏氮为氨氮与总有机氮之和。凯氏氮分析步骤可依下述 1、与 2、任一检测方法执行；氨氮分析步骤可径依 3、氨氮项下之任一检测方法执行。（注一）。
1. 水中凯氏氮检测方法(NIEA W451)。
2. 凯氏氮之流动注入分析法－类靛酚法 (NIEA W438)。
3. 氨氮
(1) 水中氨氮检测方法－靛酚比色法 (NIEA W448)。
(2) 水中氨氮之流动注入分析法－靛酚法 (NIEA W437)。
(3) 水中氨氮检测方法－氨选择性电极法 (NIEA W446)。
八、结果处理
水中总氮浓度（mg / L） ＝ 水中硝酸盐氮浓度（mg / L） ＋ 水中亚硝酸盐氮浓度（mg / L） ＋ 水中凯氏氮浓度（mg / L）
九、质量管理
（一） 检量线：依各检测方法检量线之相关规定。
（二） 空白分析：每批次或每十个样品至少执行一个空白样品分析，空白分析值应小于二倍方法侦测极限。
（三） 查核样品分析：每批次或每十个样品至少执行一个查核样品分析，并求其回收率。
（四） 重复分析：每批次或每十个样品至少执行一个重复分析。
（五） 添加标准品分析：每批次或每十个样品至少应执行一个添加已知量标准溶液之样品，以检核回收率。
十、精密度与准确度
同硝酸盐氮、亚硝酸盐氮、凯氏氮各检测方法之精密度与准确度规定。
